These three consecutive-day sessions are $199.99 per person and can be scheduled at your facility. The trainings offer twenty-one continuing education credits for licensed professionals through the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards/National Continuing Education Review Service. The focus of the sessions is on learning basic person-centered care principles using the Eden philosophy and how to apply them as well as learning skills to implement your organization's culture change journey.

Cancellations
Must be received in writing (emails accepted) to: dianesummers@roadrunner.com, or regular mail to: WNYAPCC c/o Beechwood Homes, 2235 Millersport Highway, Getzville, NY 14068. For cancellations made four weeks prior to the start of the training, the full training fee will be refunded. Cancellations made in less than four weeks will be refunded at 50 percent. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the training date.
