A New Program Offering
“Leading High-Performing Teams”
The purpose of the WNYAPCC initiative is to assist facilities and elder care organizations to learn about person-centered care philosophies, evaluate the current practices in our region, and develop a framework for a sustainable community-wide person-centered care, culture change movement. We have secured Anne Moretti, Leadership & Change Management consultant, with Moretti Consulting LLC to provide this exciting program.
