To help measure success on the culture change journey, the Pioneer Network has developed a free tool for providers to input and score their data online. The tool measures the care practice, environment, family and community, workshop and workplace. Click the button below to start your evaluation.

"Facilities can conduct Warmth Surveys to “test the temperature” of the facility in preparation for culture change and to gauge progress as operational changes are made. Copies of the survey tools are available free of charge at www.edenalt.org. They are located under the menu item “Resources” and the sub-menu “Spreading the Word.” Please contact Denise Hyde, Community Builder for the Eden Alternative for questions and to obtain analysis reports for the surveys at registry@edenalt.org or 512-557-1514. You can choose to use an online Warmth Survey entry and reporting process. There is a fee of $1.00 per survey for organizations not on the Eden Registry.
