The Western New York Alliance for Person-Centered Care invites you to join our membership program. Full members in WNYAPCC must be in long term care, assisted living and/or health service providers, educators, associations or ancillary service providers in Western New York. Membership is offered to both organizations and individuals. Organizational membership will be represented by CEOs, Administrators of Record (AOR) or designees of either.
